A father and his two children

Hello and Welcome to BBC Xtra English!

Sarah Hanson Young is an Australian senator who has a two year old girl.

She took her daughter with her to parliament and during a voting session, she was told that the child had to leave.

As soon as the child was being taken away from her mother, she began to cry and scream as she was being removed by a member of staff.

Senator Young said that it was a very traumatic and distressing experience for her.

She also said that there should be a discussion about how things can be changed to give parents more flexibility.

The president of the Senate, John Hogg, said he supported a review of the regulations.

Another female senator in the Australian parliament in the state of Victoria was ejected for breastfeeding.

She had her baby with her and began feeding it during a debate.

It's a very good story , to say that the good place for woman is her house . one of the parent must be at home and the other is to be at work. a man is suitable to be at work and woman is suitable to be at home , to take care of the children .. It's very important to recognize that , the education annd raising child is more important than colecttion money.

I think that mothers -sometimes- can't leave their young children alone at home,so they have to take their children with them to work...so the mothers will feel much better and comfortable ,and will not be worried about the children...then ,they'll work in a better way.

Omar, Gisa, Egypt
it is very distressing and sarah hanson young is agood mother for her feeling

Yosry Elrafei, Cairo, Egypt
It is ridiculour to go to work with your children, because you can not work accurately in presence of them, where they are going to sit? And even if u can find a place to stay, it is dificult to stay movingless for several hours
