Hello and Welcome to BBC Xtra English!
Today Louay and John talk about vegetables...and meat!
The councillors of a Belgian town called Ghent have announced that every Thursday will be a vegetarian day for its people.
The BBC's Dominic Hughes was in the streets of Ghent watching the campaign to publicise the town's new vegetarian day.
People dressed up as vegetables were out on the streets handing out leaflets about the vegetarian day.
He also spoke to the vice mayor for environment and social affairs in the city, Tom Balthazar, who told him why they are making Thursday a vegetable day.
Mr Balthazar said that he is concerned about the environment and that meat production is responsible for 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions.
To help people eat vegetarian food on Thursdays, the council is helping restaurants make vegetarian menus for their customers and giving people ideas about how to cook vegetarian food at home.
The vegetarian menus in Ghent include pancakes stuffed with spinach or mushrooms, vegetable turnovers and an array of nutritious salads.
But Dominic Hughes told us that there is a serious reason behind vegetarian day.
The people of Belgium, like most other Europeans, are getting fatter from eating too much meat and not enough vegetables.
The people behind vegetarian Thursday hope that it will help people become fitter and healthier.
