Hello and welcome to BBC Xtra English!
Today Amber and Rasha talk about a government healthy living campaign.
The UK government is organising a large campaign to encourage people to be more healthy.
It believes that obesity is a serious problem and predicts that nine out of ten of today's children will be overweight or obese by 2050.
The study which spurred on this campaign said that if nothing is done to fight obesity, then the problem will cost over £50 billion to solve.
It also said that Britain is sleepwalking into a terrible crisis.
The healthy living campaign tells children that being healthy is not difficult.
It just takes some changes in behaviour; eating well and moving more.
We hear from Tam Fry, of the National Obesity Forum.
He is supportive of the campaign but says that the food industry in the UK is unregulated, and that bad quality food, or junk food, is being advertised to young children.
This means that many children will want to eat a lot of unhealthy food and will make it more difficult for them to be healthy.
