This week: what's the worst thing about being a teenager?

Is it peer pressure? ضغط الرفاق Or the pressure from your parents?

Some of our teenagers this week complain that when they get in trouble, يقعون في مشكلات they get in a lot of trouble!

And if they have to look after younger brothers and sisters our teens get the blame يُلامون when they're naughty!.

Spots and exam pressures ضغوط الامتحانات also make it a hard time of life.

But it's not all bad being a teenager. It's a time when people stop telling you what to do. It's a time for having fun with your friends.

And it's a time when you start to think about your future and ambitions طموحك . But be careful if you have stars in your eyes توقعات غير واقعية .

A survey of British teenagers found they would give up their education if they had the chance of a place on a reality TV show برنامج تلفزيوني من "البرامج الحياتية" أو برامج محاكاة الواقع. They would rather be famous than work hard at exams.

Also this week, hear about the man who met the Queen and pulled a face قام بافتعال تعبيرات بوجهه at her!

I think the problem that faces teenagers is that they cannot differentiate between behaviour during puberty, and adolescent behaviour. So, they are criticized by parents. Also we can consider exam pressure to be one of the problems.

The good thing about being a teen is that you have more opportunities offered to you. The bad thing is the pressure of being a teen, and 'fitting in' and other peer pressures from school. Don't worry about that too much. Some kids deal with it and it's also just a matter if you let those kind of things get to you.
