Motorcyclist dies in A420 crash
A male motorcyclist has died after a collision with a car on the A420 carriageway in Oxfordshire.

His motorcycle and a silver Citroen collided near the junction with the road to Bampton and Tadpole Bridge in the early hours.

The man, in his 50s, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford but later died.

The road remains closed between the Faringdon roundabout and the Kingston Bagpuize roundabout.

Sgt Bill Sykes, of Thames Valley Police, said: "If anyone saw this accident and has not spoken to the police it is vital they do so, so we can ascertain what the cause of the collision was."
