Calderwood's side need Doncaster to slip up at Cheltenham
|
Forest manager Colin Calderwood said winning promotion on the final day of the season would be "extra special".
Forest go into the last day a point behind second-placed Doncaster, having won five of their last six games.
Ironically, their last game is at home to Yeovil Town, the side who so shocked them by winning 5-2 at the City Ground in last season's play-off semi-final.
Calderwood said: "Coming from nowhere makes it more enjoyable and, with what happened last year, very enjoyable."
The Forest manager was realistic about his side's chances of going up when he spoke to BBC Radio Nottingham, admitting that much depends on Doncaster's result at Cheltenham.

We've got to end up winning the game, then see what the results are

"The ace card lies with Doncaster, if they win there's nothing we can do about it.
"We're looking forward to making it an interesting afternoon," he added.
Calderwood is also wary of the remaining threat of Carlisle United, who slipped to fourth after their defeat last weekend.
The Cumbrians, who face another side with much to play for, relegation-threatened Bournemouth, are still only two points away from promotion, and the Reds boss is not ruling them out.
"I think everyone has forgotten about Carlisle, that's why we've got to be very careful.
"We've got to end up winning the game, then see what the results are."
