Drugs suspected in woman's death

Detectives are investigating the unexplained death of a 30-year-old woman found dead at her home in Lancashire.

Officers found the woman after being called to the property in Cavendish Street, Chorley, on Sunday afternoon.

A man, also aged 30, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of manslaughter and taken into custody.

A post-mortem examination will take place on Monday. Police believe that her death was drugs-related.
