Haulage yard blaze 'suspicious'

A fire which badly damaged a haulage yard near Bristol is being treated as suspicious.

Two lorries and two portable offices, along with a quantity of scaffolding materials, were damaged in the blaze which started early on Sunday.

An examination of the scene in Southway Drive, Warmley, confirmed the cause of the fire was suspicious, police said.

Witnesses to the incident, which happened at 0230 BST, are asked to call police or Crimestoppers.
