Fans will have access to a new bridge over the River Thames

Thousands of music fans are converging in Berkshire with the Reading Festival due to get under way on Friday.
More than 75,000 people are expected over the Bank Holiday weekend at the annual event to see the likes of the Killers and Rage Against the Machine.
But hundreds of fans who bought tickets through SOS Master Tickets face disappointment after the agency failed to deliver passes for the V Festival.
A new bridge has also been built over the Thames to link to a campsite.
In recent years, people using one of the camping areas at the event have queued or taken a boat to and from the main site.
Police are advising those attending the festival not to bring any valuables to the site.
Ch Insp Shaun Virtue, of Thames Valley Police, said: "Have a good time and enjoy yourselves, but use your common sense and don't bring valuables.
"The festival is usually a peaceful and well-organised event, but we see the same issues every year with people having valuables stolen from their tents."
