Rider dies a week after collision

A motorcyclist has died in hospital a week after being involved in a road crash in Berkshire.

The 21-year-old's Suzuki was in collision with a silver Mitsubishi L200 after he turned out of Great Knollys Street in Reading on 13 August.

He suffered serious injuries, including multiple fractures, and died in hospital on Thursday.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the crash which happened on the town's Inner Distribution Road.
