Roadworks for M1 resurface work

Resurfacing work is beginning on the M1 near Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire.

Overnight lane closures will be in place for 14 miles (22 km) of the northbound carriageway between junction 13 and Gayhurst Wood.

Speed limits will also be in place and some entry and exit slip roads will be closed for the duration of the work.

All the resurfacing will be carried out overnight starting on Monday and drivers are advised to leave extra time for their journeys.
