Flood warnings remain in Midlands

Two flood warnings have been issued in Shropshire as three others remain in place on a river in Herefordshire.

Warnings were put out on the River Vrynwy at Melverley and Kinnerley, both Shropshire, and on the River Severn at Shrewsbury.

There have been warnings on the River Wye at Hereford city, from Hereford to Ross-on-Wye, and from Hay to Hereford.

Several cars have become trapped in floodwaters near Leintwardine in north Herefordshire.

The Frankwell car park in Shrewsbury has been closed for Monday and Tuesday.
