Court remands bus death accused

Stan Dixon died in hospital four days after the incident in County Durham.

A man accused of murder after a 60-year-old man fell from a bus in County Durham after a row has been remanded in custody to appear at Crown Court.

Gary Robson, 23, from Galloway Road in Peterlee, appeared at Newcastle Crown Court and will appear again on 3 September.

Stan Dixon, from Horden, was attempting to get off a 243 Arriva service on 28 June when he was injured.

He was taken to hospital but died four days later.
