Driver charged over fatal crash

A minibus driver from Wiltshire has been charged with driving while disqualified after a crash near Bath, in which a teenager died.

The 56-year-old had been driving on the A420 at Marshfield when his minibus was in collision with a car driven by Daniel England, 18.

His 14-year-old sister, who was a passenger in the car, was taken to hospital in Bath with head injuries.

The driver is also charged with a fraud offence and is due in court later.
