A jury in the case of a doctor accused of molesting a 13-year-old patient after telling her she was pregnant has retired to consider its verdict.

Rashid Sandhu of Welling, London, who denies sexual assault, worked at James Paget Hospital in Gorleston, Norfolk.

Norwich Crown Court heard he massaged the girl's breasts with gel claiming to be carrying out an abortion, in June.

The 30-year-old has admitted making indecent photos of young girls on his laptop and possessing indecent images.
