Decision time

MSPs voted 93 to 19 with one abstention in favour of a Scottish Government motion noting "with concern" the recent report by York Aviation on the impact in Scotland of rises in the UK Government's air passenger duty (APD), and calling for devolution of APD to Scotland and an immediate freeze on APD levles, during decision time on 20 November 2012.

Amendments from opposition parties were defeated.

The video for this item of business is at the end of the air passenger duty debate.
