Registrable shareholdings: I am the beneficiary of a discretionary family trust which holds more than 15% of the issued share capital of Osborne and Little Ltd, a family business manufacturing and retailing fabrics and wallpapers.
Overseas visits: 19-21 June 2008, to USA, to attend the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) World Forum in Beaver Creek, Colorado. My accommodation, ground transportation and meals were paid for by the AEI. The cost of a flight from New York to Vail, Colorado, was paid for by Brevan Howard Asset Management.
