Air Passenger Duty Bill: First Stage

The Air Passenger Duty Bill had its first reading, on 8 October 2012.

APD is a revenue-raising tax levied on passengers flying from a UK airport. The assembly passed the first step in devolving air passenger duty (APD), on 28 May 2012.
