Peers are holding their daily question session with government ministers.

Questions are on:

  • lowering the blood alcohol limit for drivers aged under 21 (Lord Brooke of Alverthorpe)
  • proposals for a register of lobbyists (Baroness Hayter of Kentish Town)
  • the UK charitable sector (Baroness Pitkeathley)
  • the funding of clinical networks (Baroness Thornton).
