Ten Minute Rule Bill

On 12 December 2012 Labour MP Phil Wilson introduced his ten minute rule bill on onshore wind farms.

The Planning Act 2008 (Amendment) Bill would change the act to exempt planning applications for onshore wind farms producing 50 megawatts or more.

The bill would provide for applications to be referred for decision to local planning authorities.
