Public Accounts Committee

MPs on the Public Accounts Committee took evidence on the franchising of NHS Trusts on 10 December 2012.

MPs questioned, among others, Una O'Brien, Permanent Secretary at the Department of Health; David Flory, deputy chief executive at the Department of Health; Sir Neil McKay, chief executive, East of England Strategic Health Authority; Ali Parsa, former chief executive, Circle 2 and Steve Melton, chief executive, Circle Holdings.
