Adjournment debate

Conservative MP Andrew Selous led an adjournment debate on the funding of Central Bedfordshire College on 29 November 2012.

Mr Selous claimed the further education college in his constituency has been passed over repeatedly in applications for funding towards new buildings.

Central Bedfordshire College was not awarded any money in the third phase of Enhanced Renewal Grants.

The Skills Funding Agency allocates funding to further education colleges through Enhanced Renewal Grant, providing up to £3m to fund individual projects.
