Children's access to parents

On 13 December 2011, the Conservative MP for Dover, Charlie Elphicke, led a Westminster Hall debate on the access of children to their parents.

The debate will be led by the Conservative MP for Dover, Charlie Elphicke.

Earlier in the year, Mr Elphicke introduced a Ten Minute Rule Bill aiming to ensure that children are aware of and have access to - if requested - both of their parents.
