Adjournment debate

Labour's Martin Caton, the MP for Gower, led an adjournment debate on the international prohibition of cluster munitions, on 9 November 2011.

Cluster munitions split open before impact, scattering hundreds of smaller bombs, which often fail to explode immediately and lie hidden for years are the original conflict.
