Adjournment debate

On 6 December 2010, Labour's John McDonnell led a debate on the future of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary, a civilian-manned fleet owned by the Ministry of Defence.

The Royal Fleet Auxiliary was founded in 1905 and employs about 2,370 people. Its main task is to supply Royal Navy warships with fuel, food and ammunition.
