Lembit's jungle survival guide

It's been another tough week for the Conservative Party whips after one of their number headed down under.

Long-term thorn in David Cameron's side Nadine Dorries defied the whips by agreeing to take part in 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!' - and was immediately suspended by the party.

Former MP and 'I'm a Celebrity' contestant Lembit Opik was on hand to offer his tips to the MP for Mid-Bedfordshire, as she swaps the Westminster wilderness for the bush tucker trials of the Australian jungle.
