US forces have carried out their third air strike in 24 hours on Iraqi city Falluja, targeting rebel fighters.
They bombed a building which they said was being used as a weapons store. Up to 15 rebels were in the area and the US said they were "presumed killed".
Elsewhere, the city of Samarra is now largely under the control of US and Iraqi forces after a two-day assault against rebels involving 5,000 troops.
It was one of the biggest offensives since the invasion of Iraq.
