One third of food in supermarkets is helping to destroy rainforests, according to a report by environmental group Friends of the Earth (FoE).
They say the damage is being done by demand for palm oil, which is used in many foods like chocolate and crisps.
The report claims an area of rainforest bigger than Wales is being cut down every year by farmers in Indonesia and Malaysia who sell the oil to big firms.
That wipes out wildlife and forces local communities out of their homes.
