Around 10,000 UK troops stationed in Iraq over the Christmas holidays have been celebrating there.
They've been speaking to friends and family back home on the phone, giving presents, singing carols and tucking into traditional Christmas dinners.
Some senior officers in Iraq had a special present for some soldiers, doing the jobs of the lower ranks.
One female soldier said: "It's been a very good Christmas. I've had a really good morning with a lot of presents."
