JK Rowling's dad is cashing in on his daughter's success by selling rare first editions of the Harry Potter books which she signed for him.
Peter Rowling auctioned seven signed books at Sotheby's in New York on Wednesday, but only sold four of them.
A first edition of Goblet of Fire, which was signed: "Lots of love from your first born", with nine kisses, raised nearly $30,000 (£17,209).
Rowling was expecting to get a maximum of $120,000 (£69,000) from the sale.
