Ali became famous during the war when the bomb that hurt him killed 16 members of his family, including his mum and dad.
He was taken to a hospital in nearby Kuwait and even though doctors were worried he might die, Ali recovered really well.
On Saturday Ali met the Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al Sabah, and thanked him for the treatment he got in the country.
Second boy coming too
Another boy, 14-year-old Mohammed Hamza, lost a foot and a hand during the bombing and is also coming to England for treatment.
