Ali is in a hospital in Kuwait, and his doctors added that he's been chatting to other kids and has also been walking around a bit.
Both of his arms were so badly injured in the blast that doctors had to remove what was left.
They have also had to work very hard to make his skin better.
Ali has been promised a pair of hi-tech false arms.
