The debate is called MTV Forum With Tony Blair: Is War The Answer? and will be hosted by radio DJ Trevor Nelson.
He'll be under the spotlight for an hour and will have tricky questions fired at him.
And it will be shown on the music channel all over the world on 7 March at 9pm.
It's the first time Blair has done something like this with young people from across Europe.
The teens will be British, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Iraqi, Palestinian and American.
MTV bosses reckon it's important to get young peoples' voices heard.
And it's vital to give teens who might have different opinions a chance to ask direct questions about the crisis.
