The al-Samoud Two missile can fly around 180km, and news that Iraq has them may be a big enough excuse for the US and UK to start military action.

But other countries like France and Germany may use the report as proof of their idea that the more time inspectors are given in Iraq, the more they will find.
At the moment there is no proof that Iraq is getting the missile ready to use with chemical or biological weapons.
On Friday the chief weapons inspector Hans Blix reports to the UN on how the inspections are going.
