Louise Saunders said she survived on a diet of sugar-free gum and water from a stream.
And all she's got is sore feet and a few scratches after her ordeal!
Followed a stream
Louise, 19, got lost when she went to explore the rainforest on Mount Tyson in Queensland, Australia.
"It was an experience and an adventure but I would never want to go through it again," Louise said. "I'm always going to thank chewing gum for my survival."
Police were out searching for Louise with helicopters and a team of 70 people, but she eventually found her own way back to safety by following a stream.
'Almost impossible'
The search crew, which included Louise's boyfriend Steven Wong, found a carving she had made in a tree, which said 'Louise S loves Steven W for eva'.
Police said her trek was "almost impossible" but that she was "very smart" to have found her way out of the forest.
Louise's family, from Kidderminster, are delighted.
