US fast food companies are running a £1.4m campaign to get kids to eat more healthily
They say their health was ruined when they piled on the pounds.
And they're blaming McDonald's, Burger King, and Kentucky Fried Chicken for making them fat because they know they sell such fattening snacks.
'Thought it was good for you'
57-year-old Cesar Barber, who's already had two heart-attacks, said: "I always thought it was good for you. I never thought there was anything wrong with it."
Weighing in at a whopping 20 stone, he ate junk food all the time till in 1996 his doctor said he could die if he didn't change his diet.
