Greek politicians have declared a state of national emergency because of the weather, and the huge problems the country is having in trying to deal with the situation.
Canals frozen solid in Venice
Snowy weather is very rare in Greece, so they don't have enough ploughs or special equipment to cope with it, forcing roads and airports to close.
Even Italy is shivering, with some of Venice's famous canals frozen leaving gondolas trapped and unable to move.
