Prince William is a massive Aston Villa fan and has asked his father to get him a pair of shorts from his favourite club.
The Prince of Wales told dinner guests at Aston Villa Football Club that Wills is a big Villa supporter.
He was speaking at an awards ceremony for his charity The Prince's Trust.
Keen for kit
The Prince said: "My eldest son - and I don't quite know why - seems to be a keen supporter of Aston Villa. He seems very keen for me to get him some Villa shorts."
The Prince singled out Trust ambassador and Villa striker Dion Dublin for special praise, thanking him for spending so much time with the charity.
