Aventis Prizes for Science Books 2004
The Aventis Prizes 2004 are awarded to the best science books for adults and children.

The junior shortlist has been revealed and we had one set of the following shortlisted books to give away:

  • The Beginning: Voyages Through Time - Peter Ackroyd
  • Really Rotten Experiments - Nick Arnold & Tony De Saulles
  • Riotous Robots - Mike Goldsmith
  • Start Science: Forces and Motion - Sally Hewitt
  • Tell Me: Who Lives In Space? - Clare Oliver
  • Survivors Science: In The Rainforest - Peter Riley

Plus a radiant plasma ball, and a 75-piece microscope set!

The lucky winner is

  • Robert, 13, Plymouth
