Narina Anwar works for a charity that tries to educate people about forced marriages.
When she was 11-years-old she went to Pakistan to visit relatives and was nearly forced to marry someone.
Here's her advice:
Remember: to force someone into marriage is wrong under any political or religious law.
Forced marriage only happens to few people, it doesn't happen to everyone.
Nobody has the right to force someone to marry against the wishes.
Don't be scared
The thing to remember is that if you are faced with prospect of a forced marriage there is no need to be scared because there are lots of people out there who can help.
Speak out
If you find yourself in a situation don't stay quiet about it, speak out. Don't feel guilty, but talk to someone you trust.
