Staff at St Andrew's Major Church-In-Wales in the Vale Of Glamorgan are kitted out in school polo shirts teamed with smart skirts and trousers.

Everything they wear is in the school colours of red, white or black.

"It's been a huge success," headteacher Chris Webb told The Western Mail. "The staff love it because they don't have to decide what to wear in the morning."

Mrs Webb said the dress code has helped to build on the school's team spirit.
