Nominate someone for a ChildLine award
Updated 12 May 2004, 16.58
Childline
If there's a very special grown-up in your life that you'd like to thank then here's your chance.

ChildLine are looking for everyday superheroes to be put forward for an award.

They want you to nominate an adult who has made a difference to your life.

Unsung hero?

It can be any grown up - a parent, teacher, youth club leader or even just a friend.

This is your opportunity to say thank you to your unsung hero.

So if you know of anybody who deserves to win then nominate them now!

Send in your nomination

All you have to do is fill out the special application form from the ChildLine website:

Or you can send the form and write to them at BT ChildLine Awards, Freepost NATN1111, London E1 6BR

But don't miss the deadline - all entries must be in by 28 June.
