Theme park Alton Towers has been found guilty of making too much noise.
A couple who live near the park took its owners to court because they were sick of the racket being made.
Stephen and Suzanne Roper said screams, fireworks displays, discos and other events at the Staffordshire site were making them miserable.
A judge agreed that they were right to complain and said the park was causing a "noise nuisance". A later hearing will decide how the park is punished.
The couple moved 100 yards from the park's entrance 10 years before the first rollercoasters appeared there.

"If you live within I would suggest a mile or any more of Alton Towers, your windows literally shake and if you go outside, the ground shakes," Mr Roper told the court.
A park spokesman said that the park would not be closing down, but would work towards a compromise.
