There are lots of rules on what kids can and can't do
Lots of different rules and laws are in place to make sure you are kept safe on the streets.

If there is a group of children hanging around together it can be quite scary for other people.



If kids are very badly behaved Asbos can be used to give them special rules they must obey or face more serious trouble.
