The word 'gym' will probably make you think about running around, but pupils in Birmingham are busy exercising their minds doing 'brain gym'.
Kids at Allens Croft Primary School have found that giving their brains a workout helps them to concentrate.
There are 26 moves in total and they include putting your thinking cap on and pressing your brain button.
Brain gym exercises can help the brain to remember things, to think more clearly and concentrate more.
The idea is to connect the left and right sides of the brain, so that the whole brain can work together.
