  'Peg-man' fails to break record
Updated 30 October 2003, 19.20

Garry Turner
A man who holds the record for having the most clothes pegs clipped to his face has just failed to break his own record.

Garry 'Stretch' Turner was trying to clip more than 153 pegs to his face as the 2004 Guinness Book of Records was launched in Manchester.

Sadly, he only managed to clip 150 of the pegs to his face.

Garry, from Yorkshire, holds the Guinness Record for having the stretchiest skin.

He has a rare condition which means his skin is really stretchy so you shouldn't try this yourselves!
