The survey was put together by the Brand Council, who keep an eye on everything that's considered cool.
But it seems that the people who took part were a bit confused.
They decided Victoria Beckham was not only the third coolest celeb but also the fourth least cool celeb!
Model Jordan was voted the least cool celeb of all, and the Big Brother contestants were third worst.
Cool oldies
Britain also had the coolest older celebs - actors Sean Connery and Judi Dench were the coolest over 50s man and woman.
But top brands went to foreign companies. The best car was the VW Beetle, MTV was the coolest TV channel and Sony makes the most popular household goods.
