Girls are doing loads better than lads in exams and school inspectors have been looking at the reasons why boys fall behind.
They reckon that many boys think it is uncool to be good at school work.
They want the boys to change their attitude because it's ruining their chances of having a good career.

The report also found that boys work harder for teachers who are really enthusiastic about their subjects, and who don't mind having a giggle in class.
Boys also like teachers to speak to them one-to-one, rather than talking to them in front of the class, the report said.
