Jessica O'Connell, nine, has been tormented by a bully at her school for two years.
She's been hit, called terrible names and even held underwater in a swimming pool.
Suffer
She wrote: "I wish I was dead so I don't have to suffer any more pain."
Jessica told how the girl bully told her she would kill her and her sister if she didn't go along with the abuse.
Took her out of school
She even started hurting herself and making herself sick so she didn't have to go to St Wilfred's Roman Catholic School in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Jessica's parents, Sarah and Graham, eventually took her out of school.
But the bully was only suspended for one day.
The local council said they were supporting Jessica and her parents and were working together to find a solution.
