Updated 08 May 2003, 07.02
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Four people, including two 16 year olds, have been arrested by police investigating two Order of the Phoenix books found in a field.

The arrests were made late on Wednesday night in two different places around the town of Beccles in Suffolk.

Police are to question the 16 year olds, as well as a 44-year-old man from the Beccles area, and an 18-year-old man from Norfolk later on Thursday.

They have been officially arrested in connection with the theft of the books from a printing company in Bungay, and on suspicion of "obtaining property by deception".

The top secret fifth Potter books were found in a field by a man out walking on Tuesday.

He stumbled across them very near to the printers who are producing hundreds of thousands of JK Rowling's books in time for its release on 21 June.

JK is now taking legal action to make sure no one can publish any part of the fifth Harry Potter book before it comes out.
